Orders and deliveries
We currently freshly roast the coffee every Monday. After we have tasted the coffee we send it the 1 or 2 days after. So you always have fresh coffee in the house.
Sending parcels costs € 5.00 up to an order amount of € 75. After that it will be delivered to your home completely free of charge. Packages to other countries are also possible, for Germany and Belgium we have fixed prices. For other countries it is best to contact info@branderij-luijendijk.nl then we make a custom offer because of the price per kilo.
We regret if you are not satisfied with your order but can not take it back given the nature of the product. We would like to work with you to find a solution. Please contact us within one week after receipt at info@branderij-luijendijk.nl. Non coffee items can be taken back within 14 days without being used. Please send us an e-mail about this to the above-mentioned e-mail address.
The coffee can be ordered per 250 grams or per kilo. The packaging we use is geared to this. For example, if you want 500 grams, you will receive 2 times 250 grams. Of course, you can order multiple packages. We combine these and deliver to your home.
Coffee
Coffee quickly loses its best aromas after grinding. We therefore choose to only send beans so that you are guaranteed the best taste. The grind also differs per brewing method and this is best determined by you. If you do want to receive ground coffee, this is also possible. Please indicate this at the check-out in the order note.
Our coffee is always freshly roasted for you. We recommend that you let the coffee rest for a week after the roasting date. This is necessary for the coffee to reach the perfect taste. This can be done in the packaging in which it is delivered. We then recommend that you use the coffee within 2 months and a maximum of 6 months after roasting date.
