Roasting Company Luijendijk came into being from an interest in technique and the chemistry involved in the process from bean to cup of coffee. Soon there was a coffee roaster in Redmar's living room where it all started.

 A whole world of trade and relationships then opened up, which is unknown territory for many. And we think this is a shame, we would like to let you get to know the stories behind the coffee as well as the fantastic flavours.
