Description

Las Perlitas Huila, which means "Little Pearl" in Spanish, is an exceptional coffee rooted in the dedication of small farmers in the Huila region of Colombia. These farmers often produce modest quantities of coffee, which by themselves do not meet export requirements because of their small size. But the quality of their coffee is nothing short of stunning.
The story behind Las Perlitas revolves around recognizing the passion and craftsmanship of these farmers. Despite their modest size, their coffee beans offer an explosion of flavor that surprises and enchants time and time again.

These small farming communities in Huila are located at altitudes ranging from 1,600 to 2,000 meters above sea level. Here they grow mainly the Pink Bourbon variety, although a mix of other varieties, such as Caturra, can also be found. With the increasing popularity of Pink Bourbon in Huila, many of these lots are now dominated by this unique variety, adding a distinctive flavor and character to Las Perlitas.

The Las Perlitas Huila coffee is a celebration of the best that Huila has to offer. The complex flavor profiles of this coffee pay homage to the labor of these farmers, with fruity notes and a sweet finish that enchants your senses. If you are looking for coffee that not only tastes great, but also tells a story of dedication and craftsmanship, look no further than Las Perlitas Huila.
